Review by Venetha
This is my first post here on Indian Beauty Zone and I am glad. The product that I will be reviewing for you all is the Revlon Colorburst Lipstick in shade Hazelnut. Generally brown shades are said to give an aged look when worn. But this one comes as a breath of fresh air in this scenario and I shall give a detailed review for you all.About the Product:

Instant burst of rich, true color with a feather light feel
Elasticolor technology provides immediate color release and hugs lips with a burst of weightless color that feels like a second skin
20 shades available
My Experience with Revlon Colorburst Hazelnut Lipstick:
The lipstick comes in a black case with quilted patterns on one side and brand name imprinted. The shade name and number are given at the bottom of the tube. The lid snaps shut and the lipstick can be easily carried around in a makeup bag. The brand name is present on the bullet also making it look more sophisticated. On the whole, it looks classy and neat.
The shade is mild brown with slight pink tones. This will serve as a great neutral color for most Indian skin tones. It neither washes me out nor gives an old look. It has slight shimmers which is not very loud. It is
absolutely perfect for office and college wear. This is one of my everyday favorites and can serve as an
MLBB shade for many.
I have heard that Revlon Colorburst lipsticks in general never cause flaking problems and this one too stands true to that claim. The texture of this lip color is very soft & creamy yet it doesn’t break or melt off. Application is smooth and it is also moisturizing. The product is really light on my lips and doesn’t
accentuate the fine lines. Coverage is medium and pigmented lips can be covered to an extent since the
color is buildable. The staying power is 3-4 hours on my lips with a little eating and drinking. It wears off
evenly with time. It can be easily removed too without any tints left behind.
Pros of Revlon Colorburst Lipstick Hazelnut:
• Flattering neutral shade
• Moisturizing non-drying formula
• Smooth and creamy texture
• Good coverage
• Easy to take in purse
• Stylish packaging
Cons of Revlon Colorburst Lipstick Hazelnut:
• It is Pricey
The shade Hazelnut is a perfect pick for those who need a subtle daily wear lipstick. The moisturizing formula makes the product a good one. Even if you are not a fan of this particular shade, there are plenty of other shades to choose from.
