Which is the best lip balm of them all? Review – Top Lip Balms

Hello Beauties,
One of the most valuable things a woman should carry in her purse is lip balm. Our lips cannot replenish lost moisture and therefore need additional love and care, and a good quality lip balm not only moisturizes lips, but also provides additional benefits such as protection from the sun and  a hint of colour. Here are some top-rated lip balms which are highly recommended for both dry and normal lips.
Best lip balms collection
Which is the best lip balm of them all? Review – Top Lip Balms

Nivea Repair and Beauty
This lip balm has a minty fragrance which is both refreshing and provides a cooling effect when applied to the lips. Priced at INR 149, a little higher than regular Nivea lip balms, this product has superior moisturizing qualities in it such as Dexpanthenol and promises to heal chapped lips quickly. It stays on for long periods and can be used under lipstick.

Maybelline’s “Baby Lips
Collection – These modestly priced [INR 150 for 4.5 grams] tubes of  lip balm come in 7 scents; 5 are tinted and 2 are sheer. They provide moisture and also have SPF value of 20. With their colourful packaging and catchy names, this collection is targeted towards young consumers and people looking to acquire branded beauty items without burning a hole in their purses.

Vaseline’s Lip therapy
This range consists of 4 varieties of lip balm; 2 are tinted shades while the other 2 are sheer. Priced at INR 100 and carrying the Vaseline promise of natural, skin-friendly ingredients, this range of balm promises to moisturize chapped lips without causing harm, and the light shine in both tinted varieties makes it a good replacement for those who wear light pink/peach shades of lipstick.

Nyassa’s Lip balm
This lip balm comes in 2 delicious flavours, Bubblegum and Passion fruit, and is priced at INR 150 for 10 grams. Enriched with Jojoba oil, olive oil, sweet almond oil, and Vitamin E acetate, this moisturizing balm is
a treat for chapped lips.

Tvam’s Lip balm
This lip balm is slightly more expensive than others, at INR 395 for 10 grams. It is available in 3 variants; Orange, Grapefruit and Strawberry. The balm is enriched with olive oil, carrot seed oil, Vitamin E and
wine. Lips feel very soft and supple after application, and the balm can be used under lipstick.

H20’s Lip Mender
Steeply priced but completely worth the extra expense, H2O’s Lip Mender serves to resuscitate severely dry and chapped lips, while preventing further dryness. The balm contains Beeswax, Peppermint oil, Wakame, Sea lettuce, Fennel, and Hydrating Marine Blend, which come together to provide a quick moisture infusion to dry lips. Priced at INR 650 for 15ml, t his tube is a must-have for those prone to
winter chapping and dryness.

Neutrogena Lip Moisturizer
Neutrogena products are known for their healing and moisturizing properties, so it is not surprising
that their lip moisturizing balm would be as popular as it is. Priced modestly for the pocket at INR 125
for 4 grams, this tube of sheer balm is creamy in texture and is meant for those who are looking for a lot
of moisture and SPF protection.

  5. I have not tried baby lips.
But, the best I have tried so far that reduces the tan on the lips and as well as moisturizes even after its wiped out completely is the Lotus Cherry stick and the Body Shops' Strawberry Lip balm..! I was skeptical buying the body shop lip balm but, it turned out to be absolutely Amazing!
