Oral hygiene leads to better beauty

Hello Friends,

Today it is going to be a general topic and it deals with Oral Hygiene
Oral hygiene has direct impact on the beauty, the best and positive impact at the first place is very important be it with the strangers or friends, be it a professional relationship or personal relationship, the very first impression that is going to achieve this goal is a good smile and for that we need to have confidence on our Oral hygiene. There are three basic methods to achieve good Oral hygiene: Brushing and Flossing and regular visit to your Dentist; there are very good Dentists available in India like the reputed institutions like Dr. Smilez, all these needs to be done religiously to achieve the desired results and it will not take more than 15 to 20 minutes a day.
Brushing:

Brushing needs to be done twice a day and the apparatus that is used for brushing should feel comfortable, it should not be too hard or too soft on the teeth and gums,  if you have sensitive teeth go for the brushes specially made for this as they will help you in containing the sensitivity while brushing and go for the medium brushes if you find soft brushes are not yielding the desired results but be careful that your gums are not damaged by the medium brushes as that will lead to blood loss, consult your dental clinic in chennai if you have continuous bleeding while brushing or while eating fruits.

·         Try to cover all the places inside / outside parts / chewing parts of your teeth while brushing and follow back and forth movement instead of sideways movement

·         Use a tongue cleaner to clean the top layer of the tongue which will give you fresh breath

·         Tooth brushes have a life time and needs to be replaced at regular intervals of 3 months or whenever you feel the results are not good

Flossing:
Flossing is a technique which is used to remove debris / plaque that are stuck between the teeth which will eventually lead to tooth decay, flossing complements the brushing as some of the parts of teeth cannot be reached / cleaned by the regular brush, flossing involves bit of learning process as wrong flossing will lead to damages to the gums and blood loss. For flossing we will be using a small thread kind of thing and gently insert it between the teeth and using curvy motion to clear the debris without touching the gums

Last but not least, regular visit to the Dentist is very important as some of the Oral defects cannot be identified / addressed by us. There are some excellent dentist in chennai so reach out to one today.
Hope This Post will be helpful for you all,
