Recipes for Weight Loss – Part 2

Hello Friends,                   Today I am going to post Some more Recipes which helps us to Loss Weight in a natural and healthy way… 🙂

Here goes the Recipes……….

1. MIXED SALAD:

Ingredients Needed:

Val Berikkai – 1 full cup finely chopped
Coconut – grated 2 teaspoon
Low fat curd – 1/2 cup
Ginger and Mango – grated 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – as per your need
Some Pomegranate

Mix all the above said Ingredients well and have a Delicious Salad as your Snack…. :). This Salad will Increase your digestion power.

2. RAGI AVAL FRUIT MIX:

Ingredients Needed:

Ragi Flour – 2 cup
Aval (Puffed Rice) – 1 cup
Dates+Cheery fruit+Kismiss – finely chopped 1 Cup
Badam and Bistha – 2 to 3 piece
jaggery Juice – 1/2 cup

Mix some water with Ragi flour and make it like Puttu mavu mixture. And steam it then take out the mixture keep it in a plate. Mix jaggery juice with that mixture. Then mix all fruit and nut mixture with that mixture. Now enjoy this Recipe for Morning Breakfast. Very tasty and healthy.

This is Iron rich and those who is suffering by Hair fall should try this regularly will get a solution for the problem. It is good for Sugar patients too.

3. BERRIKAI RADISH GHEER:

Ingredients Needed:

Berikkai – 1 cup finely chopped
Radish – 1 cup finely chopped
Rock candy – powdered, as per your wish
Rose water – 1 teaspoon
Coconut milk – 1/2 cup

Mix both Berikkai and Radish and grind it well, take out the juice. Add Rock candy, Rose water and Coconut milk. Mix it well keep it in Fridge and taste it chilled…. This  recipe is good for preventing fat deposit in Body.
