Today I am going to share a diet that can make you beauty in all way, like can make your skin glow and flawless, can make your hair soft and shiny, can stop hair fall and sort out all kind of hair and skin problems. It is easily available and easy to make, also tasty to eat.

Here I am going to share my own experience….

It is Green gram dal’s sprouts, very easy to prepare and healthy delicious food. Eating regularly this sprout will stop your hair fall and make your hair strong.

How to Prepare:
Soak handful of green gram dal in a small container for 4 hours and then strain the water, keep the green gram dal in that container for the whole night tightly closed in a dark room. The next day open the container and you will see small sprouted green gram dal which is ready to eat.

If you want you can add finely chopped onions, tomato to make it more spicy and tasty, morning is the best time to consume this sprout.

The benefits of eating this sprouts:
Those who are vegetarians like me this recipe is a boon 🙂 ya it is rich in proteins and Vitamin “C”
1. The green dal juice contains rich quantities of Vitamin A, B, C, E and minerals, such as calcium, iron and potassium.
2. It has very low fat content which helps in reducing weight.
3. It is a rich source of protein and fiber which helps one to lower the high cholesterol level in the blood system, these Vitamins are very important to keep our skin and hair health.

I will add two Almonds with this for more benefits. Consuming 3 to 4 Almonds daily in the morning will make you strong and make the skin and hair very beautiful.

DAILY LIP CARE…..

Lips are the most attractive part in our face am I correct….next to eyes of course 🙂 So many of us left lips without taking care…when doing facial what we are doing for our lips???? we have to do something na…I will tell some easy tips…when massaging your face use almond oil to massage your lips.When you put pack on your face mix milk cream and mint juice like paste and apply that on your lips. Finally apply lip palm after washing face.

Never ever let your lips DRY because it is very soft and sensitive part also prone to dry and irritate easily. So if you are a house wife apply butter whenever you want… if you are going out apply lip palm with SPF. Apply lipstick if it is necessary only. Using Lipstick regular is not that much good, better applying lip palm, lip shine etc is best. Cracked lips can be cured by applying butter often. Black pigmentation of lips will be cured easily by regular mint juice apply. Coconut oil,ghee,almond oil are also good. Go for organic lipsticks… if possible. So, Take care of your lips and smile always…
